Please note that our dresses are not custom-made; they are crafted using standard industry sizing. They do not incorporate individual customer measurements. Formal dresses often require alterations for the best fit.

Adjustments such as hem shortening, bodice tightening, or strap shortening are frequently necessary to achieve an ideal fit. This is not included in the price and we cannot make recommendations on fitters or seamstresses.

SPECIAL ORDER
To accommodate a wide array of wedding themes and bridesmaids' sizes, we provide more than 100 distinct styles, 200 colours, and 17 sizes. It would be unfeasible for us to have every style, colour, and size combination in stock. Consequently, many style, colour, and size combinations need to be produced when an order is placed – these are referred to as Special Orders. Special Order styles are crafted specifically for your order, have a shipping time of several weeks, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned.
We do not create custom garments based on customers' body measurements. All dresses are made to order not made to measure and may require alterations at additional costs. Alterations are not included in the purchase price.
READY TO SHIP
We maintain a ready-to-ship selection of our most popular styles, colours, and sizes. At present, we offer a variety of ready-to-ship options in a comprehensive range of sizes. We routinely review and update this assortment in line with current trends and availability.
Ready-to-Ship styles are kept in stock, and they leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days and are eligible for full returns.
DELIVERY – SPECIAL ORDER
This style, colour, size combination is produced to fulfill your order. This is a made to order item with a pPproduction time is 12 - 14 weeks — and indicates the approximate time that shipment to you will begin processing. Transit / delivery time to your location is not included in this timeframe. Please plan to receive it at least 4 weeks before your wear date to allow time for alterations and and delivery or transit disruptions which are outside of out control. If your order is ready earlier, it will be shipped earlier.
PAYMENT & ORDER CHANGES
Full payment for your order is required on order of your item/s. You may change or cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. Unfortunately, we cannot change sizes or cancel orders after that time. You will be required to take delivery of your items once they are ready.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges or refunds on defective or damaged items only. We cannot accept returns for same in change in body size, change of mind, or pregnancy for made to order / special order items. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - READY TO WEAR
We accept exchanges or refunds on ready to wear items as long as an item is still in its original condition and is unworn, We accept returns for free, subject to the rules below. Please check the product information section for the item you have ordered available on our website for details on whether the item is returnable.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.
You have 28 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your nominated store or collection point to return an item to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We cannot refund to any other payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you create a return for an item during the above timeframes but you can't return it to us for some reason within the same time period due to extenuating circumstances, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our full discretion.
